Task:
We are going to collaboratively create an excel spreadsheet which evaluates the impact of Christmas festivities on your health. Click on the link below to access the spreadsheet and then fill in the row next to your name scoring yourself out of 10 in each area (10 being the best and most healthy) and then, in the final column, set yourself a new year's resolution!
